In Oelsnitz you will find connections to various (long-distance) hiking trails, including the Saxon Way of St. James, EB hiking trail, panoramic hiking trail & long-distance hiking trail E3.
Cyclists will also find a number of tours through and around Oelsnitz,
including the Kulturweg der Vögte and the Elsterradweg Cycle Trail.
Our castle Voigtsberg invites you to visit, the newest on the castle is the Bergfried
where you have a super nice view over Oelsnitz and the surrounding area!
Several times a year there are new exhibitions in the museums of the castle, which exhibition there is at the moment and the opening times can be found on the homepage:
